According to SLMC MPC By laws, under Article ll: Membership Section 5 - Right to Vote - A member may only exercise his right to vote if ALL the following conditions are met:
a. He/She has paid the required membership fee of one hundred pesos (Php.100.00) and the value of at least two (2 shares as provided in Section 2 of this Article).
b. He/She is not delinquent in the payment of his capital contribution and account.
c. He/She has not violated any provision of these by-laws and regulations, circulars/memoranda and other issuances of the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA). Membership and subscription agreements and other instruments required of him/her to execute as provided in these by-laws or as prescribe by the Board of Directors.
d. He/She has attended and completed the prescribed cooperative seminars.
e. He/She patronizes regularly the business of the Cooperative and participate in the Annual General Membership Meeting.
f. He/She complies with all obligations, duties, and undertakings of membership.
g. Has been a member of the cooperative for at least one (1) year at the time of the election.
